Dear  Vendor

The Association of Clerks of Circuit Courts of Indiana would like to invite you to join us for our Annual Conference, June 12-14, 2012 at the French Lick Resort. We welcome you to take an active role in the conference by participating as an exhibitor and sponsor.   

We are still in need of sponsors!   Sponsorship is an effective way to get your name in front of attendees. We still have availability and are looking for hosts!   

Bronze Sponsor - $300	Name recognition at Conference, name mentioned as vendor sponsor on Clerk’s Website for one year
Silver Sponsor -$750	Name recognition at Conference, name mentioned as vendor sponsor on Clerk’s Website as well as a link to your company website
Platinum Sponsor - $1500	All of the above and 2 district meeting registration for one attendee at the Fall Northern and Southern meeting along with a 100 word description on Clerk’s website for one year as well as e-mail contact information supplied by the Clerks.

Booth exhibitors will have access to meeting attendees before and after the general session, during breaks and for an extended duration after the Wednesday dinner gala. We encourage you to create something interactive for your booth that will facilitate attendee visitation. Games, drawings and other giveaways are some creative ways to accomplish booth traffic.

This is a great opportunity for you to directly engage decision makers.  Registration fees are $375.00 for one person including booth space and $125.00 for each additional person you would like to help man the booth.  Registration deadline to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor is TuesdayJune 5, 2012.  Please feel free to contact Shirley Van Meter at pcoclerk@blueriver.net  regarding any electrical or additional needs you may have regarding your booth.  Set up will be available Monday morning June 11th at 9:00AM and tear down will need to be completed by Thursday June 14th 3:00PM.  With sponsorship comes preferred placement of your booth to promote traffic and exposure!
