The Southern District Clerks Association Spring Meeting will be held on March 13th at Spring Mill State Park Inn in Lawrence County. Train the Trainer will be on March the 12th.

The Southern District Clerks Association Spring Meeting will be held on March 13th at Spring Mill State Park Inn in Lawrence County.

Train the Trainer will be on March the 12th.

Meeting fees are the same as last year, $30.00 per Clerk or Deputy Clerk.

The Hotel Manager strongly suggests that you mail or fax your registration along with your "General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate". The Inn will not accept the tax exempt form when you check in, you must send it in before check-in.

With this being a State Park you will have to pre-pay your room with a credit card or mail a check to them 10 days after making your reservations. The group number is; 31212S.

2 Queens Beds $92.00
1 Queen Bed $84.00

Vendors, your fee will be $150.00 for a display table and one person, $30.00 for each additional person. You can register online here.
