Routine Maintenance of Scanning Equipment

Monthly, the scanner rollers and scanning glass will be cleaned. Based upon the size of the storage capacity of the server, periodically, the server will be assessed for adequate magnetic disk storage availability. Annually, or as needed, scanners will be serviced.
