We would like to invite you to join the 2011 Annual Conference called by the IN State Board of Accounts on behalf of the Clerks and their staff.   We look forward to welcoming you to the Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa Tuesday June 7-9 2011.    

Come join us for another productive and fun filled conference!  

Entire Conference Attendance	$200.00 per person
Partial Conference Attendance	$100.00 per person/ per day
Wednesday Dinner Gala Only	$45.00 per person

Note:  Your conference fees can be acquired out of “unappropriated funds” in the County General

This Hotel has many special amenities but first and foremost we have negotiated a special room rate of just $109.00 per room, per night with your choice of a king size or two double beds. Please remember to present your county sales tax- exemption certificate upon check-in to avoid paying taxes on the rooms.   Reservations must be made by May 23th 2011 in order to ensure availability of rooms at this special rate.  So don’t delay, simply log on to our web-site at www.acccind.org and follow the link to reserve your room and register for the conference.
