The annual Clerk's Conference will be held at the Marriott Indianapolis North at Keystone Crossing, 3645 River Crossing Parkway, Indianapolis, IN (telephone 317-705-0000, fax 317-819-1055) the dates of June 4-6, 2013.
Hotel Information
Hotel reservations should be made in advance to receive the group discount rate of $119 for a single or double room. Deadline for room reservations is Monday, May 13, 2013. Click here to make a reservation at the special rate.
Overnight room guests need to provide an ST105 form, a county issued credit card or check (NO personal cards, checks or cash), will be tax exempt from state tax (7%) on their overnight room. They will however, still be responsible for the 10% occupancy tax.

Note: Your conference fees can be acquired out of "unappropriated funds" in the County General. The rate for a Full Conference has been reduced to help compensate counties for the increased room rate. This rate is only in effect for the 2013 Conference.
